Ha... gotta love typos!

Okay, okay. So I noticed a typo in the last blog. And while I could just edit it, I thought I'd leave it because it's kind of funny (I said cape and gown, instead of cap and gown). I guess Nick could be a superhero and wear a cape. Although I did mean cap, which I'm sure y'all gathered, but just for clarification...

Another thought I'd left out just before was that I got a raise on Friday. Big hurray! It couldn't be better timing with our financial situation. I also got my W-2 this week and Nick already has his, so we can do our taxes and hopefully get a substantial tax return.

Also, last week was my first week back on praise team in like seven or eight weeks. Since we rotate teams, it's always a couple of months before doing it, but it's always fun having a way to serve in some way and do something at the church. So that was another part of our week.

Right now, Nick's gracing our home with some beautiful piano music from Jekyl & Hyde, so I'm going to let you go so I can go listen to him! Enjoy the rest of your weekend!
