Good News?

Also wanted to keep you posted... the bank wanted a second estimate on the foundational work we need to have done on the house. It's taken them a week to get back with us since we first asked for them to take care of the expense, but I consider this promising. Asking for another estimate to work with is a lot better than flat out saying "no" (which I honestly have been expecting... the Eeyore in me keeps expectations low!). So, anyways... we should find out at the beginning of next week what they'll do. If they do end up covering the expense, that will open our budget to do some desperately needed home projects sooner than we were anticipating. :)

So, keep your fingers cross, knock on wood, and pray things go well (or just skip to the latter... we know the first two are of no help!).
