Official Good News

We received word from our realtor today that the bank is going to pay to have all the structural work done on the house before we close on it (March 13). I am in pleasant disbelief- I honestly thought the best case scenario would be that they would lower the price on the home an equivalent amount, but this is such a better outcome. I will be posting pictures of our house soon.
